Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education
Rule 24h.
The department, in conjunction with the Michigan office of administrative hearings and rules, shall ensure that administrative law judges conducting hearings under these rules receive training, as needed, regarding administrative law, administrative procedure, special education law, special education rules, special education policy, and special education practice.
