- Snowmobile decal number
- Last four digits of the snowmobile serial number.
- $30 fee plus additional credit or debit card processing fee.
- Renewal notice, return envelope, and Check or Money Order payable to State of Michigan for $30, or
- Mail the payment with a letter containing:
- First, middle, and last name
- Driver’s license/ID number
- Snowmobile decal number
- Address and alternative mailing address, if applicable
- Phone number
