Welcome to e-IDR, a fast and convenient way for those registered on the state level under Michigan's Campaign Finance Act to file the Late Contribution Reports and other immediate disclosure reports through an Internet form.

To file on line with e-IDR, you will need to:

• Enter the committee identification number.
• Enter the committee's MERTS upload password.
• Enter the committee's email address twice.
• Select the "Login" button.

Obtain a Password: Provide the information requested and hit the "Assign It" button. You will receive an e-mail message that contains your unique password for the committee. While the passwords do not expire, a new password for each committee can be requested once per day. You will receive an email notification at the email address listed in our records informing you that the password has been updated. If you are already utilizing the MERTS software the same password for uploading can be used to file your Late Contribution Reports and other immediate disclosure reports through an Internet form.
