MCSC welcomes three team members
The Michigan Community Service Commission (MCSC) is pleased to announce three new team members.
Dondré Young joins the AmeriCorps team as an AmeriCorps program officer. Young hails from Flint and saw the value of AmeriCorps members making an impact in his hometown. He previously worked with the Michigan League of Conservation Voters and the C.S. Mott Foundation.
Brenda Ross has become the new executive assistant to MCSC executive director Ginna Holmes. She lives in Lansing and has more than 15 years of experience in administrative support, including working in the Michigan legislature.
Kristina Coby joins the MCSC team as the volunteer and community engagement director. The Morley Michigan native brings a wealth of volunteer experience to the team, including working as the founding director of the United Way of the Eastern Upper Peninsula.
We are honored to have them join the MCSC team and each will help us continue the mission to utilize service as a strategy to address the state's most pressing issues and empowers volunteers to strengthen communities. Click the link on their name to learn more about them and how to contact them.
