Welcome to the MiUI Minute, your new go-to newsletter from Michigan's Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA) designed to provide high-priority information about the transition in December 2025 to UIA’s new MiUI computer system. In preparation for Go Live, MiWAM will be unavailable in early December to facilitate the transition from the Michigan Web Account Manager (MiWAM) computer system to MiUI. Exact dates will be shared in the fall.
After Go Live, you will still need to use MiWAM for benefits-related functions, but MiUI will be your new place to perform tax and employer account maintenance-related functions.
