The Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA) is transitioning to a new tax and benefits system called MiUI, which will replace the current Michigan Web Account Manager (MiWAM). In this issue of the MiUI Minute, we’re providing information about employer / TPA seminars on MiUI.
Employer / TPA Seminars on MiUI are Back
Don’t miss this! The Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA) is providing employers and third-party administrators (TPAs) a valuable resource in preparation for using MiUI: Employer and TPA seminars on MiUI are back. These online sessions are a great benefit to those who want to learn more about UIA's upcoming modern, user-friendly computer system.
If you would like to attend an employer or TPA seminar, sign up for a session online.
- Beginning next week (Jan. 12), seminars are available for employers and for TPAs.
- Each will provide an overview of key changes, live demonstrations, guidance to help organizations prepare for the transition, and opportunities to ask questions.
