Get to know MiUI for workers before it launches on November 9, 2026.

MiUI is almost here! Workers will use MiUI for benefits functions such as filing claims, submitting weekly certifications, and more.

Workers and worker partners can stay up to date with the MiUI for Benefits rollout by signing up for the UIA’s free MiUI Unemployment Update newsletter, which provides regular updates about the new system.

The Unemployment Insurance Agency is offering two webinars to help familiarize navigators and partners with MiUI:

  • Introduction to MiUI Webinar provides an overview of MiUI for Benefit Services for partners supporting claimants and is available through Nov. 6.
  • MiUI for Michigan Works! Webinar is available through Nov. 5 for Michigan Works! Association and Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity Workforce Development staff.
