Following the exercise, expert speakers will share what to expect during an emergency, including likely impacts, common challenges, and operational realities—along with best practices for preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergency events across the food system.

Attendees will receive resources and guidance to help create or update their own Emergency Action Plan (EAP).
