Grow Jackson

Grow Jackson received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. They are establishing a new food hub in Jackson with the ultimate goal of improving market opportunities for farmers in South Central Michigan and addressing food insecurity in the local community.
Farm to Family Spotlight: Anavery Farms.

Anavery Fine Foods

Anavery Fine Foods received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. On their own farm, they use regenerative practices to produce beef, lamb, pork, and eggs. They also partner with twelve other producers in the Traverse City area to offer poultry, dairy, fish, shelf-stable vegetables, and other products to their customers.

Community Action House

Community Action House received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. They are committed to purchasing nutritious produce from local farms for their food club to make healthy eating more affordable for households in Ottawa County.
