How can I order a corrected title?

Only the vehicle owner may request a corrected title.
Any other owner listed on the title must appear with you and bring their identification. (If an owner cannot appear, they may complete and sign an Appointment of Agent form and provide a photocopy of their driver’s license.)
You will need:
- Your vehicle title
- Your vehicle registration
- Your corrected driver’s license or an official document verifying your name change
- $15 title correction fee - $16 when adding a lienholder (There is no fee to remove a lienholder from a title.)
- Debit or credit card (additional fees apply), cash, check, or money order for payment
There is no fee to update your vehicle registration.

- $1 lien filing fee (No fee for removing a lienholder)
