Summer Work Experience Program Details
Phase One:
- Students will meet 1:1 with a Selective Case Management (SCM) specialist for program onboarding.
- Students will attend a work readiness workshop (in-person) designed to increase their knowledge and comfort level regarding entering the world of work
Phase Two:
- Students will participate in a paid work experience at a local employer for up to 15 hours per week.
- Work Experience Timeline (choose one)
- Session #1 June 15th-July 13th
- Session #2 July 20th- August 17th
- Selective Case Management will schedule a wrap up meeting with the student/family and BSBP to review outcomes and discuss next steps
