Secretary of State Mobile Office to visit city of Riverview
Visitors can register to vote, renew plates and licenses
Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson today announced that the Secretary of State’s Mobile Office will return to Riverview to serve Downriver-area customers.
The office will be open noon to 6 p.m. Monday, April 8, and Tuesday, April 9, at Riverview City Hall, 14100 Civic Park Drive. The Mobile Office visits Riverview twice a year, in the spring and fall.
Visitors can register to vote, renew driver’s licenses and license plate tabs, and change addresses. In addition, all other Mobile Office services are available, including signing up on the Michigan Organ Donor Registry.

MDOS announces changes to automatic voter registration process to comply with Michigan election law
– Starting June 1, eligible Michigan residents who complete a qualifying transaction at a Secretary of State branch office and are automatically registered or preregistered to vote will receive a letter in the mail from the Michigan Department of State (MDOS) with instructions on how to opt out if they desire to do so.
