Department of State suspends license of Harper Woods dealership

HARPER WOODS - The Michigan Department of State (MDOS) has issued the summary suspension of a Harper Woods vehicle dealership for failing to provide records during an MDOS inspection. Fast Lane Auto Sales, LLC, located at19860 Kelly Road in Harper Woods and owned by Abdel Rahman-Hasan, was served with a summary suspension on Dec. 3.
A regulation agent attempted an inspection on Nov. 8. The dealership was unable to provide records to validate the issuance of temporary plates or vehicle sales records for related car sales within the last year.
The suspension remains in effect until Rahman-Hasan contacts MDOS to set up a preliminary conference and provides all required documents.
