House Bill 4055 of 2019 - Amends the Land Division Act of 1967, PA 288, to require one or both of the following as a condition for approval of any proposed division of a parcel or tract of land under the act: Payment of all property taxes and special assessments due on the parcel or tract.  The apportionment of unpaid property taxes and special assessments by the assessing officer overseeing the division.

House Bill 4066 of 2019 - Amends the Fire Prevention Code of 1941, PA 207, to create an exception from requirements for manual fire alarm boxes in schools under certain circumstances. (Tie-barred with HB 4067)

House Bill 4067 of 2019 - Amends the Stille-DeRossett-Hale Single State Construction Code Act of 1972, PA 230, creating an exception from requirements for manual fire alarm box within the vestibule if a manual fire alarm box were located within five feet of interior door of the vestibule.  (Tie-barred to HB 4066)
