Sales Inventory Purchasing System (SIPS+)

The Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) is excited to announce the implementation of the Sales Inventory Purchasing System (SIPS+).  SIPS+ replaced the previous sales, inventory, and purchasing program that was over 40 years old, as well the registration programs for spirits (Equote) and beer, wine, and mixed spirit drink products (MWPR).  SIPS+ provides the MLCC greater functionality, flexibility, and control in its finance, inventory, and product registration.

If you are a retailer licensee, such as a Specially Designated Distributor (SDD), Class C, B-Hotel, Club, G-1, CCRC, Aircraft, Train, or Watercraft licensee, that needs to place an online spirits order, please visit the online spirits ordering (MILO) webpage to place your order.

MiLogin Account Required for SIPS+

Spirits and non-spirits product registration users must log into SIPS+ using the State of Michigan’s MiLogin Identity Management System.  If you have an existing MiLogin account, you do not need to set up a new account, but you will need to follow the instructions to link your account to the MLCC portal.  Instructions on how to set up a MiLogin account and link it to the MLCC portal are provided below.  Please note that a MiLogin account is different than a MiLogin for Business account.  If you have a MiLogin for Business account, you will need a separate MiLogin account to access the online renewal portal.  You may use the same email address for both MiLogin accounts and MiLogin for Business accounts.
