• The legal authority for NAT and NATP permits is derived from the state statute and administrative rule, specifically the Michigan Public Health Code, Part 219, sections 333.21901-333.21925. It is also covered in the Federal Code of Regulations, specifically part 483.151, 483.152 and 483.154.
