If a meeting is cancelled because the Commission does not have any business to conduct, an email notification will be sent to the meeting notification email list.  You may sign up for meeting notifications by emailing fawcetta@michigan.gov to be added to the notification list.

All quorum rules still apply.  In the event of a disconnection caused by the meeting host, the Commission meeting will be considered to be in recess.  Every effort will be made to reestablish a publicly accessible connection.  If the host is unable to do so within a period of 30 minutes from the time of the disconnection, the Commission will adjourn and not address any new business until its next meeting.  Any decisions made prior to the disconnection will be binding.
