Welcome to the Regulatory Compliance Division
The Regulatory Compliance Division is responsible for issuing formal action alleging violations of the various licensing statutes regulated by the Bureau. This includes, but is not limited to, drafting formal complaints, stipulations, and final orders, scheduling and holding settlement conferences, and representing or coordinating the legal representation of the Bureau at formal hearings. The Division also reviews and responds to FOIA requests and subpoenas, drafts and revises administrative rules, and provides Legislative and policy support for the Bureau.
