The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs holds a spring and a fall Joint Provider Surveyor Training for nursing home staff and surveyors from the Bureau of Survey and Certification and Bureau of Community and Health Systems as mandated by the Public Health Code (MCL 333.20155(8).
