License/Registration Reprint Information

How do I obtain a new license/registration reprint?

Log into your MiCLEAR account and find your 10-digit license/registration number that begins with "2201" under the “Licenses” tab. Click directly on the words “Additional Actions,” select “License Reprint” and then follow the prompts. You will be asked for the reason that you are requesting a new license/registration print and you must select if it was lost, destroyed, or stolen.
