Certificate of Insurance or Surety Bond Information

  • How do I upload my Certificate of Insurance or Surety Bond?

    Log into your MiCLEAR account and find your 10-digit license number that begins with "3701" under the "Licenses" tab. Click directly on the words "Additional Actions" and select "Update Insurance" and then follow the prompts. 

    Certificate of insurance and/or Surety Bonds are required to be uploaded into MiCLEAR. Please notify your insurance agent and ask them to discontinue mailing and emailing to the department.
