Address Change Information

  • How do I change my agency's mailing address on my license?

    Log into your MiCLEAR account and find your 10-digit license number that begins with "3702" under the "Licenses" tab. Click directly on the words "Additional Actions" and select "License Holder Mailing Address Phone Email Change" and then follow the prompts. 

  • How do I change my agency's physical address for my license?

    Please email the Licensing Division at CSCLonline@michigan.gov and request a "Physical Address Change". Include the following in your email:

    • Full name of licensee as printed on the license.
    • License number. 
    • New complete physical address. 

    The Department will notify you if additional information/documentation is needed.
