Kevin was honored with a Registered Apprenticeship Michigan Champion Award at the Race to Talent™ event on July 14 at The Inn at Harbor Shores in St. Joseph. This recognition highlights his leadership and commitment to strengthening the early childhood workforce through high‑quality training and development. Kevin’s dedication to expanding Registered Apprenticeship opportunities has helped elevate staff skills, support career growth and ultimately enhance the learning experiences of the children and families served by Flowers Early Learning.
