Purchase Information

  • The Recreation Passport (replaces the former state parks sticker) is required for vehicle entry into state parks and recreation areas, state boat launches, state forest campgrounds and state trail parking lots. Local, county, municipal and metropolitan park parks will need to be purchased separately.

    • State parks and recreation areas, state forest campgrounds, trails and boat launches.
    • Local park improvements via Recreation Passport Grants.
    • Historic sites within state parks.
    • Outdoor recreation facilities and opportunities.
