Meeting and conference space

Unplug yourself from modern distractions and reconnect with fellow team members and meeting and conference attendees. There are several large conference spaces that can accommodate up to 250 guests and several smaller meeting spaces for a more intimate group setting.

The Resource Building and Harry H. Whiteley Conservation Education Building offer barrier-free access.

Free wireless internet is available onsite. A wide range of standard and high-tech audio-visual equipment is available to rent including projectors, screens, conference phones and more. Staff can provide assistance upon request.

Meeting configuration

The Conservation Education Building holds four separate conference spaces that can accommodate between 56 and 250 people via theater-style setting, and an additional space that can hold up to 8 at an executive table. The Resource Building and Straits Lodge offer two additional meeting spaces. This chart shows the capacity of rooms in different seating arrangements.
