Arrows Away
Have you ever wanted to give archery a shot? Here's your chance. Join these introductory archery programs to learn basic archery safety, terminology and lots of shooting time. All equipment is provided, and most sites have equipment for most ages and abilities.
Below are locations that may offer Arrows Away classes. Please note, the links below are for each location's weekly program schedule. Arrows Away may not be offered at every location each week. Outdoor Adventure Center archery classes
The Outdoor Adventure Center in Detroit offers opportunities to learn archery. Individual and group programs are available, for ages 8 and up.
Outdoor Skills Academy
Outdoor Skills Academy classes and clinics provide a more in-depth skill development opportunities that are offered for a fee and require registration. Outdoor Skills Academy classes take place at our visitor centers at select state parks and recreation areas around the state.
