Natural Resources Commission Policies
The Natural Resources Commission shall be responsible for Department of Natural Resources policy which influences department priorities, methods of operation, or the manner in which programs relate to the citizens of the state of Michigan. All program units of the department affected by a proposed policy shall participate in the formulation of the policy. The final statements of policy formulated shall be approved by the Natural Resources Commission.
