Support Adopt-a-Forest
Adopt-a-Forest donations
The Adopt-a-Forest program is supported by a statewide network of volunteers.
Items needed by the program to continue the important work of cleaning public lands include large equipment fees, tools and supplies, education costs and more. Many large dumpsites are waiting for the availability of heavy equipment and sufficient volunteers to be tackled.
Monetary donations
Your tax-deductible donation can help us address some of the worst dump sites in the state. Donations are used to purchase supplies and pay for landfill fees and dumpster space.
Supplies
- Program coordinators will coordinate pick-up for donated supplies. We accept donations of trash bags, disposable gloves, shovels and other tools.
- If you are licensed and willing to operate heavy equipment or a flatbed trailer as part of a cleanup effort, we will add you to a list in the area you are willing to assist.
- Providing use of commercial dumpster space to dispose of items collected from clean-ups is a valuable way to support the program.
