Supervillains of the Outdoors
Join us from Hoffmaster State Park to learn all about invasive species! We will discuss the difference between these troublemaker species and the native species whose spaces they invade and what you can do to help.
This lesson will meet the following learning outcomes:
- Examine what defines an invasive species and how they are causing harm in the natural environment.
- Identify different types of invasive species and how they adapt to the environment.
- Make connections to the long-term effects of invasive species.
- Name three ways you can help slow the spread of invasive species.
