Proposed Oil and Gas Lease Auction:
Approximately 77,000 acres of state-owned oil and gas rights located in 15 counties are proposed to be offered for lease at an online auction May 2, 2023. Standard lease includes a five-year primary term with two one-year extension options, 1/6 royalty rate, minimum bid of $10.00 per acre, and $2.00 per acre annual rental for the primary term.

Richard Frank Trust UAD 8/12/1993, an undivided 99% interest and Susan Marie Frank, an undivided 1% interest of Frankfort, Michigan; and conveyance of ingress and egress to watercourses and mineral rights for a parcel in T27N, R16W, Sec3 5, SW1/4 of NW1/4 except the West 400 feet, Township of Lake, County of Benzie, has been requested by Frank Forest Preserve, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company and Susan Marie Frank, an adult woman, an undivided one percent (1%) interest.
