DIRECT NONMETALLIC MINERAL LEASE - DEVELOPMENT:
Nonmetallic mineral lease rights to 40 acres, more or less, of state-owned Department of Natural Resources metallic mineral rights located within Avery Township, Montmorency County; have been requested by Oesch Excavating, LLC, of Hillman, Michigan.

DIRECT METALLIC MINERAL LEASE – DEVELOPMENT:
This amendment is to reflect the following parcel classification changes, described as:
T50N, R34W, S18, W1/2 of SW1/4 is included in the Menge Creek Project, the parcel classification has been changed from LDR to LND. T49N, R29W, S02, NW1/4 of NE1/4 is included in the Lyme Great Lakes Timberlands, Forest Legacy Program, the parcel classification has been changed from LDR to LND. A development classification would conflict with the requirements of these department projects.
Metallic mineral lease rights to 3,442.04 acres, more or less, of state-owned Department of Natural Resources metallic mineral rights located within Baraga and L’Anse Townships, Baraga County; Breen, Sagola, and West Branch Townships, Dickinson County; Bates, Crystal Falls, Hematite, and Iron River Townships, Iron County; Humboldt, Republic, and Wells Townships, Marquette County; and Holmes Township, Menominee County; have been requested by Keweenaw Land Association, Limited, of Ironwood, Michigan.
