Week ending Nov. 14, 2025
Same as the previous report, all week was from the 30s in the morning to mid to upper 50s in the afternoon. There was no precipitation.
Bluebird days on the hunt days put many hunters off. Birds were hanging around the lagoon in the morning.
Goose numbers have been going up and down, but some fresh birds came in with this week’s cool weather. (Not in this report) Geese are up to about 2,800 and ducks are around 5,460 with about 500 being mallards.
Mild and sunny weather is causing slow hunting conditions.
Tuesday morning had 1 party, 2 hunters, no birds taken. Thursday afternoon hunt had 3 parties of 7 hunters with 8 geese taken. Saturday had 1 party, 1 hunter; between the two hunts, no birds were taken.
