About the Conference

The Michigan Code Collaborative Conference (MCCC), hosted by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), Bureau of Construction Codes (BCC), is a one-day professional development and networking event designed to bring together Michigan’s code officials, inspectors, industry professionals, and subject matter experts under the theme “Partners in Progress – Building Stronger Communities Through Safety and Standards.” The conference will provide attendees with timely information on Michigan code updates, emerging industry issues, regulatory processes, and best practices affecting the state’s built environment.

The MCCC is expected to draw more than 300 attendees from Michigan code leaders from across the state. The conference will provide participants with the chance to:

  • Learn the most up-to-date code requirements and industry best practices.
  • Network with leading members of the code compliance community.
  • Engage with top professionals through expert-led panel discussions.
