Storage and Handling of Gaseous and Liquefied Hydrogen (Hydrogen) Rules apply both to aboveground containers and to underground containers.
- The rules were filed with the Secretary of State on April 24, 2008, and became effective May 1, 2008.
- The rules adopt by reference the following National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) pamphlets:
o NFPA 50A, 1999 edition.
o NFPA 50B, 1999 edition
Referenced portions of the NFPA documents have been incorporated within the Hydrogen Rules.
