How to Renew your License in MiCLEAR

Important:

For best results, use a desktop or laptop computer. You may have trouble using a mobile device (i.e., Smartphone, iPad, etc.).

Please make sure you have registered with a MiCLEAR account and have linked your license to your MiCLEAR account before starting this process. If you have not registered for an account, please visit How to Register for an Account. If you have not linked your account, please visit How to Link your License.

Fees are Non-Refundable. If you question whether you are submitting the correct application type, please call (517) 241-9221 before making a payment.

Attach any supporting documents that may be required with your application using the “Add” button.

The required documents will be different depending on the type of profession you are applying for. Click here for the required documents by profession.

Click on "Add".  You will need to find the desired saved document on your computer (double click on it.)

Clicking on the document on your computer will upload the file. Click on “Continue.”

Click on the dropdown next to "Type" and select the type of document that you are attaching, then click on "Save."

Repeat until all documents have been uploaded, then click on the “Continue” button to proceed to the “Review” section.

Click on “Next” to be taken to the Payment Information page.

Complete the payment information form by entering your First and Last Name, Street Address, Zip Code and current E-mail Address. 

Make sure the name and address you enter matches the billing name and address on the credit card you are using to pay for license fees. A payment confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. 

Click on “Next” to be taken to the Payment Review page.

Review the payment information.

Click on the Box next to "I Agree" to confirm payment information.

Click on "Pay Now" to submit the application.
