License Reprint Information

How do I obtain a new license reprint?

Log into your MICLEAR account and find your 10-digit license number that begins with "3801" under the “Licenses” tab. Click directly on the words “Additional Actions” and select “License Reprint” and then follow the prompts. You will be asked for the reason that you are requesting a new license print and you must select if it was lost, destroyed, or stolen.
