Mortuary Science Resident Trainee Reports

Submit the Embalming and Resident Trainee Report every 6 months, on January 15^th and July 15^th, each year.

Submit the trainee reports by emailing CSCLOnline@michigan.gov.

When submitting the report, include your 10-digit Resident Trainee license number in the subject or body of the mail.
