Michigan Liquor Control Commission to hold Semi-Annual Public Hearing March 24 at 1:00 pm in Lansing

February 22, 2022 -- The Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) will hold a semi-annual Public Hearing on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Lansing Office of the Commission, located at 525 W. Allegan Street, Lansing, MI 48933. The public can attend the hearing via a teleconference call or in person.
Members of the Commission will conduct the hearing in accordance with Section 215(2) of the Michigan Liquor Control Code, MCL 436.1215(2), which requires that two such hearings be held each year.
The purpose of these hearings is to be made aware of any complaints and the views of the public with respect to the administration of the MLCC Code and Rules. All government and enforcement officials, licensees - and any other individuals interested in the operation of the MLCC - are welcome to attend.
