Press Release: CRA Files New Formal Complaint Against Jackson Safety Compliance Facility, Infinite Chemical Analysis Labs MI, LLC

The Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) has filed formal complaints against the adult-use license and the medical license of Infinite Chemical Analysis Labs MI, LLC (License No. AU-SC-000101 and No. SC-000015) located at 400 Ann Arbor Road, Jackson, MI 49202.

The CRA is authorized under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act (MRTMA) and the Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA), to investigate alleged violations of the respective acts and the administrative rules promulgated thereunder, take disciplinary action to prevent such violations, and impose fines and other sanctions against applicants and licensees that violate the MRTMA, the MMFLA, or their corresponding administrative rules.

The CRA gives notice of its intent to impose fines and/or other sanctions against the license of Infinite Chemical Analysis Labs MI, LLC, which may include the suspension, revocation, restriction, and/or refusal to renew the license of Infinite Chemical Analysis Labs MI, LLC.
