Press Release: Cannabis Regulatory Agency Files Additional New Formal Complaint Against Walled Lake-Based Prism Triangle LLC

The Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) has filed a formal complaint against the adult-use license of Prism Triangle LLC (License No. AU-SC-000124), located at 850 Ladd Rd., Bldg. B, Walled Lake, MI 48390. This formal complaint is in addition to the formal complaint announced by the CRA on January 30, 2026.

The CRA is authorized under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA), MCL 333.27951 et seq, to investigate alleged violations of the respective acts and the administrative rules promulgated thereunder, take disciplinary action to prevent such violations, and impose fines and other sanctions against applicants and licensees that violate the MRTMA, the MMFLA, or their corresponding administrative rules.

The CRA gives notice of its intent to impose fines and/or other sanctions against the license of Prism Triangle LLC, which may include the suspension, revocation, restriction, and/or refusal to renew the license of Prism Triangle LLC.
