Press Release: CRA Files New Formal Complaint Against Romeo-Based 100 Shafer LLC

The Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) has filed a new formal complaint against the adult-use license of 100 Shafer LLC (License No. AU-R-000716) located at 100 Shafer Dr, Romeo, MI 48065.

“On April 7, 2026, CRA staff visited the Shelby Township Police Department (STPD) to conduct an inventory of marijuana and marijuana products that STPD and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration had seized from a residence. Upon review of the statewide monitoring system (Metrc), CRA staff determined 47 marijuana products held at STPD were active in Respondent’s inventory.”

The CRA is authorized under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act (MRTMA) to investigate alleged violations of the respective acts and the administrative rules promulgated thereunder, take disciplinary action to prevent such violations, and impose fines and other sanctions against applicants and licensees that violate the MRTMA or the corresponding administrative rules.

The CRA gives notice of its intent to impose fines and/or other sanctions against the license of 100 Shafer LLC, which may include the suspension, revocation, restriction, and/or refusal to renew the license of 100 Shafer LLC.
