Press Release: CRA Issues Public Health and Safety Advisory Regarding Voluntary Recall of Nuggz Nectar Infused Drinks

Season 3, LLC, of Kalamazoo, in coordination with the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA), is voluntarily recalling certain Nuggz Nectar Infused Drink 200mg marijuana-infused edible products.

The recall follows testing indicating that affected products may exceed allowable THC concentration limits. Season 3, LLC is also investigating potential potency variability and homogeneity. The affected products contain an inaccurate serving-count declaration.

The recall includes the following Nuggz Nectar flavors: Blue Razz, Cherry Bomb, Grape, Green Apple, Hulk Juice, Lemonade, Mango, Tropical Punch, and Watermelon Splash. No adverse health effects or other adverse events associated with the recalled products have been reported to Season 3, LLC as of August 18, 2026.

Consumers who purchased these products should review the CRA recall bulletin for information and METRC package tag details. Consumers with recalled products should return them to the location where they were purchased or dispose of them safely.

The recalled products were sold at licensed retail locations in Muskegon, Lansing, Battle Creek, and Kalamazoo. Season 3, LLC is working with those retailers to retrieve and dispose of remaining recalled inventory.
