Nestled on shores of Higgins Lake, the Ralph A. MacMullan Conference Center provides rustic lodging and modern meeting space. Join our passionate and customer-oriented team on the shores of Higgins Lake in Roscommon! You'll play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of guests, help prepare and serve meals, clean facilities, assist guests and more.

  • Starting rate is $15.50/hour.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Position may qualify for academic or internship credit (applicants should contact their academic advisor for eligibility requirements).
  • Should be 18 years of age or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check is required.

  • We’re seeking a warm, energetic and detail-oriented kitchen aide who thrives both in a team environment and independently. In this dynamic role, you’ll help us deliver exceptional dining experiences for up to 350 guests across flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends and holidays).

    Key responsibilities:

    • Assist with basic food preparation and beverage stations.
    • Handle dining room prep, buffet setup and post-service tear-down.
    • Maintain high cleanliness standards across the kitchen, dining areas, equipment and storage spaces. Help with dish washing.
    • Help receive, organize, and stock incoming deliveries.
    • Provide warm, high-quality customer service to guests.
