Unleash your team's potential with these teambuilding challenges – also known as our Woodland Workshop – at the RAM Center. These are dynamic, hands-on experiences crafted to sharpen problem-solving and communication. Every scenario is a breakout session designed to push individuals to develop new skills and forge an unbreakable team bond.
The activities are self-guided and include debriefing questions.
These teambuilding challenges are complimentary with your reservation.
The entire team must simultaneously balance on a small, suspended board or maneuver fragile items across a designated area.
Focus: shared responsibility, coordination, problem-solving

Develop a strategy to have all team members touch specific spots on a grid in the correct sequence.

Transfer contents from a full bucket to an empty bucket, working in tandem.
