1. Hunting with, or the discharge of, a center fire rifle, except under authority of a damage control permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources, is unlawful in those portions of sections 13, 14, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, and 28, T40N, R31W, and sections 18 and 19, T40N, R30W, of Breitung township, Dickinson county, that are bordered on the east and north by U. S. highway 2, on the west by the Menominee river, and on the south by the city limits of Iron Mountain and Kingsford.
