ALLEN'S COVE CREEK AND CANALS AND CHANNELS - R281.758.2 - Slow-no wake speed.

2. On the waters of Allen's Cove creek and all natural and artificial canals and channels in the city of Luna Pier, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

HALFWAY CREEK, NORTH MAUMEE BAY, SHANTEE CREEK, OTTAWA RIVER, - R281.758.3 - Slow-no wake speed.

Rule 3. It is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed on the following described waters in Erie township, Monroe county:

(a) On the waters of Halfway Creek, sections 32 to 34, town 8 south, range 8 east, from the Sudar Avenue bridge, easterly to a line drawn from the easternmost point of land in the northwest 1/4 section 34 to the southernmost point of Indian Island thence to the easternmost point of land in the southeast 1/4 section 34.

(b) On the waters of Shantee Creek, section 4, town 9 south, range 8 east, and section 33, town 8 south, range 8 east, from the Michigan-Ohio state line to its confluence with Halfway Creek.

(c) On the waters of the Ottawa River, section 3, town 9 south, range 8 east, and section 34, town 8 south, range 8 east from the Michigan-Ohio state line to its confluence with North Maumee Bay.

HALFWAY CREEK, SHANTEE CREEK, OTTAWA RIVER, AND HOOPER'S RUN AND PERCH DRIVE AREA: WC - 58-00-001 - Slow-no wake speed.

It is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed on the following waters in Erie township, Monroe county, state of Michigan:

a. On the waters of Halfway Creek, Sections 32 to 34, Town 8 South, Range 8 East, and Fractional Section 5, Town 9 South, Range 8 East, from Hagman Road Bridge, easterly to a line drawn from the easternmost point of land in the Northwest ¼ of Section 34, thence South to the easternmost point of land in the Southeast ¼ of Section 34.

b. On the waters of Shantee Creek, Fractional Section 4, Town 9 South, Range 8 East, and Section 33, Town 8 South, Range 8 East, from the Michigan-Ohio state line to its confluence with Halfway Creek.

c. On the waters of Ottawa River, Fractional Section 3, Town 9 South, Range 8 East, and Section 34, Town 8 South, Range 8 East, from the Michigan-Ohio state line to its confluence with North Maumee Bay.

d. On the waters of the Hoopers Run and Perch Drive Area, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 33, Town 8 South, Range 8 East, bounded on the North by Sterns Road, on the East by Bass Drive and Lots 10,11, 12, 13 and 14 in Willow Point, on the South by North Maumee Bay and on the West by Perch Drive and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Willow Point.

The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

Pursuant to Section 80113 of 1994 PA 451, as amended by 2000 PA 215, being Section 324.80113 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, R 281.758.3 of the Michigan Administrative Code is rescinded.

LAPLAISANCE CREEK - R281.758.6 - Slow-no wake speed.

6. On the waters of LaPlaisance creek, Monroe township, Monroe county, from LaPlaisance road, private claims 416 and 423, downstream to the outer pierhead, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

RIVER RAISIN, PORTION OF - R281.758.4 - Slow-no wake speed.

4. On the waters of that portion of the river Raisin from dam no 6 located easterly of the Detroit and Toledo shoreline railroad trestle, downstream to the west boundary of the river Raisin harbor survey line, city of Monroe, Monroe county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

RIVER RAISIN - WC-58-07-001 - Slow-no wake speed.

On that portion of the waters of River Raisin, from dam number 6 located easterly of the Canadian National railroad bridge, downriver to Monroe Harbor buoy green can number 9, Latitude 41-54-01.764N, Longitude 083-21-24.408W, within the City of Monroe, County of Monroe, State of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a recreational vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

For purposes of this watercraft control, a recreational vessel is defined as any vessel manufactured or operated for pleasure that is propelled or controlled by machinery, sails, oars, paddles, poles, or another vessel.

Slow--no wake speed means a very slow speed whereby the wake or wash created by the motorboat would be minimal.

The boundaries of the area described above shall be marked with signs and/or buoys. All buoys must be placed as described in the permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

SANDY CREEK BAY AND NORTH LAGOON - R281.758.5 - Slow-no wake speed.

5. On the waters of Sandy creek bay and the north lagoon at Sterling state park, section 35, T6S, R9E, and section 2, T7S, R9E, Frenchtown township, Monroe county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

SWAN CREEK AND CANALS - R281.758.1 - Slow-no wake speed.

1. On the waters of Swan creek and all natural and artificial canals and channels in the village of Estral Beach, Monroe county, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
