COURTNEY LAKE - R281.766.1 - Slow-no wake speed.
1. On the waters of Courtney lake, sections 4 and 9, town 50 north, range 37 west, township of Bohemia, county of Ontonagon, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed a slow-no wake speed, which means a speed whereby the wake or wash created by the motorboat would be minimal.

ONTONAGON RIVER - WC-66-93-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of the Ontonagon river, village of Ontonagon, Ontonagon county, from a line described as the upstream limit of the E. & L.S. Railroad bridge to the lower limit of the M-64 highway bridge, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the lines described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.
