BIG CROOKED LAKE - WC-80-90-001 - Hours for high-speed boating and water-skiing.
On the waters of Big Crooked lake, section 32, T4S, R16W, Keeler township, Van Buren county, it is unlawful between the hours of 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, kite, or other similar contrivance.

BLACK RIVER AND ENTRANCE CHANNEL - R281.780.4 - Slow-no wake speed.
4. On the waters of the Black river and the entrance channel, city of South Haven, Van Buren county, from the east corporation limits of South Haven downstream to the westerly end of the entrance channel, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

5. On the waters of Brandywine lake, sections 29 and 32, T1S, R13W, Pine Grove township, Van Buren county, it is unlawful, between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, a water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

GREAT BEAR LAKE, CHANNEL - WC - 80-00-001 - Slow-No Wake Speed
On the waters of the channel between the two lake basins of Great Bear Lake in section 19, town 1 south, range 14 west, Bloomingdale township, Van Buren county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

3. On the waters of the channel listed on the northwest side of Gravel lake, Van Buren county, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed a slow-no wake speed.

LAKE OF THE WOODS - WC-80-95-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Lake of the Woods in the area situated north of the public access site in the southwest fractional quarter of section 13, town 4 south, range 15 west; "Shady lagoon" and "Lagoon," as set forth in the plat of Shady Shores, being a subdivision in the southeast fractional quarter of section 13, town 4 south, range 15 west; "Fritz's lagoon," as set forth in the plat of Fritz's Lake of the Woods subdivision, being a subdivision in the southeast fractional quarter of section 13, town 4 south, range 15 west; Hamilton township, Van Buren county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow--no wake speed.

2. On the waters of Little Three Mile lake and on that part of Three Mile lake south of the south eighth line of section 21, T3S, R14W, Van Buren county, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall:
(a) Operate such motorboat at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or shall otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

MERRIMAN LAKE - WC - 80-98-001 - Hours for high-speed boating.
On the waters of Merriman lake, sections 9 and 10, town 2 south, range 6 west, township of Bangor, county of Van Buren, state of Michigan, it is unlawful between the hours of 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day to:
(a) Operator a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or shall otherwise assist in the propulsion of a person on waterskis, water sled, surfboard or other similar contrivance.
The hours should be 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. of the following day when Eastern Daylight Savings Time is in effect. "High-speed boating" is defined as a speed at or above which a motorboat reaches a planing condition.

REYNOLDS LAKES, CHANNEL CONNECTING - R281.780.6 - Slow-no wake speed.
6. On the waters of the channel connecting North Reynolds lake to South Reynolds lake in section 24, T3S, R15W, Lawrence township, Van Buren county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed, which is a very slow speed whereby the wake or wash created by the vessel would be minimal.

RUSH LAKE AND THREE MILE LAKE - R281.780.1 - Water skiing hours.
1. On the waters of Rush lake and Three Mile lake, Van Buren county, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall have in tow, or shall otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard, or other similar contrivance during the period from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day.

VAN AUKEN LAKE, BANGOR TOWNSHIP - R281.780.7 - Hours for high-speed boating and water skiing.
7. (1) On the waters of Van Auken lake, sections 28, 32, and 33, T2S, R16W, Bangor township, Van Buren county, it is unlawful, during the period of May 15 to September 15, between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, a water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
(2) On the waters of the canals and channels connected to Van Auken lake, sections 28, 32, and 33, T2S, R16W, Bangor township, Van Buren county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow--no wake speed.
