Land acquisition of 160 acres. This proposed transaction is eligible for approval on June 10, 2026, and is expected to be completed in October 2026.

Land acquisition of 108.58 acres. This proposed transaction is eligible for approval on May 13, 2026, and is expected to be completed in June 2026.
