The DSI retreats presents serene yoga and wellness on the beach. Bring a beach towel, mat, or blanket to sit on, or just sit in nature. Ages 8 years old and up may participate. Please bring a chair if you wish. No judgement zone club. Picnic items and lunches are welcome after and before the retreat. We will continue under pavilion if needed due to weather.
